PHONE SCAM We are getting a number of customers been caught out with people ringing up and claiming that the customers PC's are infected. They are then getting customers to download a piece of software to show them that it is infected and at the same time ask for credit card details to remove the infection. Customers find that their bank balances have taken a big hit the next day. Please be advised that such a scam is going around and to be careful. We have heard of 6 cases so far where customers have lost thousands of dollars (highest so far is $9,000 AUD)
